Position Summary

Customer and Sales Duties

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Uncover customer needs, share product information, demonstrate products, and make personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout.

Store Operations

• Ring customer purchases at the cash register and keep the cash wrap neat, clean, and stocked.
• Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Follow safety standards, company values, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Thrive in a customer-first retail environment and demonstrate sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting.
• Communicate effectively, remain open to feedback, adapt quickly, and de-escalate store and customer situations.
• Be available for peak periods, including varied evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Physical Requirements

• Store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling.
• Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
