Role Description
- This part time Retail Sales Associate role is a hybrid position based in Dubai, with primary duties on site in the store and some tasks that can be completed from home.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Greeting customers, understanding their needs, recommending products, and processing sales transactions accurately.
- Maintaining product displays, ensuring the store is clean and organized, monitoring inventory levels, and updating product information.
- Responding to customer inquiries in person and through phone or online channels.
- Handling exchanges and returns in line with store policies.
- Supporting promotional activities.
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales goals and deliver consistent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills to drive revenue and meet individual and store targets.
- Solid Product Knowledge to explain features, benefits, and options clearly to customers.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers and resolve issues professionally.
- Basic numeracy and POS (point of sale) skills for handling cash, card transactions, and receipts.
- Ability to work flexible part time hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and ability to follow store procedures and guidelines.
- Comfort with hybrid work, using phone and online tools for customer follow ups or product inquiries from home.
- Previous experience in retail or customer facing roles in Dubai or similar environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
