Role Overview
Serve as the face of Best Buy for customers visiting the stores.
Recommend technology products and services based on each customer's needs.
Training is provided to build the skills and knowledge needed for the role.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and engage customers in a warm, friendly manner.
- Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and make recommendations across departments.
- Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain appropriate knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
- Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
- Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
