We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong customer engagement skills and a proactive sales approach.
The successful candidate will support daily store operations, interact with customers, and contribute to overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell store products to customers
- Assist customers and provide accurate product information
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable items
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain store presentation, stock levels, and displays
Requirements
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with customers
- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work in a retail environment with flexible hours
- UAE driving license is a plus
