Responsibilities
- Provide excellent sales service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Assess customer needs and explain product features and available options.
- Welcome customers, answer queries, and actively seek out customers in the store.
- Achieve department sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Process POS purchases and handle merchandise returns.
- Cross-sell products and build productive customer relationships.
- Work with coworkers to ensure proper customer service.
- Follow inventory control procedures.
- Suggest marketing activities and store design changes to improve sales.
Language Requirement
- Arabic language proficiency is required.
