Schedule
- Full-Time – 5 Day Work Week (32-40 hours; weekend Flexibility Required) Pay: $17/hour guaranteed + Uncapped Commission Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO
- Renewal by Andersen is looking for energetic individuals to join our Retail Marketing Team .
- Retail Marketing Representatives work at local retail locations , speaking with homeowners and scheduling free consultations with our design consultants for window and door replacement projects.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends
- Friendly, outgoing personality and comfort talking with new people
- Comfortable standing and interacting with customers during retail shifts
- Experience in these fields could be a great fit:
- Retail experience, Sales Associate, Retail Associate, Brand Ambassador, Wireless Sales consultant, cashier, customer service
- Customer-facing service roles: Server, Bartender, Host/Hostess, Event Staff, Hospitality
