About The Role
The Retail Operations Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, support staff performance, ensure excellent customer service, and help achieve operational and sales goals.
You will coordinate with store teams, monitor inventory, maintain operational standards, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership abilities, retail operations experience, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily retail store operations
- Support and guide retail staff and team performance
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor store appearance, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock control
- Coordinate product displays and merchandising activities
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor sales performance and operational targets
- Support staff scheduling and shift coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct routine operational and inventory checks
