What You’ll Bring
Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:
5+ years’ experience in Learning & Development, Retail Operations, or a related field, ideally within a retail or multi-site environment.
Strong understanding of retail operations and the ability to translate operational needs into practical, scalable learning solutions.
Proven experience coordinating learning programmes or large-scale initiatives across multiple stakeholders and markets.
Knowledge of compliance requirements, learning governance, and operational capability development, with experience using LMS platforms and digital authoring tools.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Highly organised, analytical, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, evolving environments.
