Position Purpose
Manage and develop a group of retail stores within an assigned geographical zone.
Ensure stores achieve sales, profitability, customer service, operational, and compliance targets.
Lead Store Managers, monitor business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall performance and commercial results for retail shops in the assigned zone.
- Monitor store KPIs and implement corrective actions for underperformance.
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and frontline teams.
- Conduct regular store visits and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, brand standards, and customer service requirements.
- Manage staffing, workforce planning, scheduling, and employee utilization across the zone.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, product presentation, and customer experience standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock movements, shrinkage, damages, and stock accuracy.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, and other departments.
- Support new store openings, renovations, relocations, promotional campaigns, and retail projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, security, cash-handling, audit, and regulatory requirements.
