Role Description
Support the day-to-day operation of retail activities so stores, sales channels, inventory, customer orders, and administrative processes run efficiently.
Coordinate with store teams, suppliers, logistics, merchandising, and internal departments to maintain accuracy, service quality, and smooth processes.
Retail Operations Responsibilities
- Support daily retail operations and ensure operational procedures are followed consistently.
- Maintain records of sales, inventory, orders, deliveries, returns, and other operational activities.
- Monitor stock availability, replenishment requirements, transfers, and inventory movements.
- Assist with product deliveries, store replenishment, and stock distribution.
Store and Customer Support
- Support store teams with operational inquiries, documentation, and administrative requirements.
- Assist with customer orders, returns, exchanges, and other retail transactions where required.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
