Availability: Must have open availability

  • A successful applicant will...
  • Have ample experience in retail management
  • Have working knowledge of retail settings and product display
  • Have a passion for excellent customer service
  • Have the ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Supervise and train employees with enthusiasm as well as understanding
  • Lead and teach your team how to sort and price donations
  • Ensure quality control standards

AVAILABILITY

Work all shifts including Holidays, evenings and weekends.

Shifts vary based on the location you are training in.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Travel to other retail locations within Knox County as well as Utica if needed
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen (including THC)
  • Pass a pre-employment background check
  • Learn to refill Propane tanks
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time as well as bend, twist, squat, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.
