• Proven leadership ability to effectively manage the team of direct reports
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• The ability to make sound decisions in a timely fashion
• You are expected to follow and enforce with staff all company and legislated health and safety procedures and must use all PPE provided
• The availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, is necessary to succeed in this role
• Must be able to comfortably lift up to 40lbs (over 18kg) for more then 100 ft (30 metres) for continuous periods of time
• Must be able to stand on your feet for 2 or more hours during a shift
• Able to perform basic computer functions

Compensation

• Salary range? Yup, we’ve got one: $53,400 - $66,700 CAD per year. But here’s the real deal - if you’re the perfect brew of experience, skills, and personality, we’re open to exploring beyond the range. Tell us what you’re working with, and let’s pour over it together.
