Role Description
- The Retail Manager will oversee daily store operations in Dubai, ensuring an excellent customer experience and smooth sales processes in a hybrid work setup with some tasks performed from home.
- This part time role includes managing staff schedules, coaching team members, and monitoring sales performance to achieve revenue targets.
- The Retail Manager will maintain store standards, manage inventory and merchandising, and handle escalated customer issues to uphold high service levels.
- The role also involves analyzing sales reports, implementing promotional activities, and coordinating with senior management and other stakeholders.
- The Retail Manager will work closely with the recruitment platform to support hiring needs and maintain strong communication with leadership regarding store performance and staffing.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers, team members, and management.
- Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to handle complaints, resolve issues, and build long term customer relationships.
- Demonstrated Team Management experience, including supervising staff, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
- Solid Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and implementing effective retail sales strategies.
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on site responsibilities with remote tasks.
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities, with attention to detail in inventory and store operations.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools; familiarity with POS systems and retail software is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
