Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Monitor store KPIs, including sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and productivity.
- Analyze business performance and develop action plans to improve results.
- Identify opportunities for growth through client engagement and local market initiatives.
- Support new product launches and promotional activities.
- Ensure all stores comply with procedures and operational standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Oversee visual merchandising implementation according to brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
- Ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop store teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as retail manager or area manager, preferably in the perfume, luxury or beauty industry
- Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Passion for perfumes and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English & Arabic; additional languages are a plus

Sales & Business Performance
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Monitor store KPIs, including sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and productivity.
