A unique opportunity is available for a Retail Manager on a 12-month maternity leave contract. Working as part of the South Australian Asset Management team on a large CBD asset, you will play a key role in supporting the performance and strategic direction of one of Adelaide's premier destinations.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day retail management of the Centre, ensuring the asset is operated to the highest professional standards while maximising financial performance and value for the owner. You will provide expert advice across retail operations, retailer engagement and leasing initiatives, a great chance to utilise and further develop your retail management skills and capabilities.
Supporting the Centre manager in managing the day-to-day operations and performance of the asset
Conducting regular Centre walks, engage with tenants and customers proactively identifying or resolving critical issues
Supporting leasing transactions and retail mix initiatives to maximise occupancy and asset value
Monitoring retailer performance, sales trends and centre outcomes to identify opportunities
Administering leases, rental reviews and tenant charges in accordance with lease obligations
Preparing reporting, budgets and recommendations to support informed decision-making
Ensuring compliance, risk management and operational best practice across the asset
Collaborating with the Centre Management team to drive exceptional results for the owner
Previous property administrative and/or property management experience across retail or commercial assets
