Retail Leasing Manager

Tilal Mall LLC is set to become a premier shopping and lifestyle destination in Sharjah, offering a dynamic retail environment that caters to diverse customer needs.

We are seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to join the team in Sharjah.

The role holder is responsible for identifying, attracting and securing leasing deals within the Asset and maximizing leasing revenue along with providing a seamless customer service process for the clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Source tenants in line with the approved leasing strategy and planned tenancy mix

· Oversee the end-to-end leasing process, including sourcing tenants, negotiating lease terms, and closing Lease Agreements.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills are essential.

· Collaborate on budgets, forecast rental income, and create regular reports and updates on leasing activity and financial performance for Senior Management

· Manage lease documentation with new tenants, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

· Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of leasable spaces

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders

· Conduct market analysis to stay updated on competitive trends, pricing, and potential tenants

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

·

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail Leasing, ideally with a focus on large malls.

Must have Retail Leasing experience in Dubai and / or Sharjah.

Technical skills:

Proficiency in leasing software and data management tools and a strong understanding of Retail Leasing laws and regulations in Sharjah

Solid understanding of the retail market, including current trends and competitor activity

·

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
