Actively engage guests to promote and sell retail merchandise

Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandise displays

Accurately handle retail transactions and maintain stock levels

Assist at the host stand during peak periods (managing waitlist, seating coordination)

Answer guest questions about our products, brewery, and brand

Previous retail sales experience strongly preferred

Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills

Ability to meet sales goals through exceptional customer service

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment

Team player who can support both retail and host stand operations as needed
