GCC mall experience is required.
Applicants need practical experience in retail design and delivery, tenant coordination, retail fit-out, and landlord-side retail delivery.
Relevant experience ranges from 3–4 years for Executive, 5–7 years for Associate, and 8–15 years for Manager vacancies.
Active Saudi Council of Engineers membership is required for all applicants.
A bachelor’s degree or diploma in architecture, engineering, construction management, interior design, or a related discipline is listed.
Applicants must be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.

Relevant sectors include shopping malls, retail and F&B fit-out, mixed-use and commercial developments, hospitality, lifestyle destinations, entertainment, airport retail, and luxury retail.
Preferred backgrounds include developers, landlords, consultants, or contractors involved in major retail developments.
