Reviewing Secret Shopper reports and follow up with Director of Retail

Reviewing Steritech reports and follow up with Director of Retail

Maintaining approved par levels for each restaurant

Work with facilities on roll-out of Shift 4 enhancements

The role will work closely with the Director Retail to provide leadership, counsel, advice and assistance to facility retail operations; utilizing knowledge of retail operations and staff resources in order to impact and improve sales, profits, and operating standards while protecting the integrity of the Canlan brand. Supports each operating unit in delivering on their Annual Operating Plans by improving turn rates, improving buying practices and providing outstanding customer and selling service. This individual will assist in providing ongoing training and support for Retail Managers.
