Key Responsibilities
- Frontline Welfare & Safety: Monitor the health, safety and welfare of field based personnel (Security Officers) via scheduled welfare calls. Executive effective escalation procedures in response to missed calls or potential emergencies.

- Incident Management: Produce timely, accurate incident reports for immediate circulation to senior operational management Act as primary contact for the general public, frontline employees, clients and G4S management team.

- Operational Support & Scheduling: Manage scheduling and the deployment of security personnel to meet contractual client requirements across the UK Support field based teams in navigating G4S processes and internal systems.

Skills and Experience
- Call Centre Experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible approach to shift patterns and working hours
