Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the showroom and understand their needs
- Present suitable vehicle options with clear explanations of features, performance, and safety benefits
- Manage test drives
- Prepare and explain pricing and financing options
- Support customers through the entire sales process from initial inquiry to delivery
- Maintain product knowledge and update vehicle displays
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers
- Accurately complete sales documentation
- Collaborate with service and administrative teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Support sales targets
Requirements
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including closing skills and objection handling
- Knowledge of automotive products and features, or strong interest in learning
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English; additional UAE languages an advantage
- Basic numeracy and comfort with pricing, financing options, and documentation
- Ability to work on site in a showroom environment, including weekends or extended hours
- Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer facing roles preferred
- Valid UAE driving license highly beneficial
