Job Description
This is a temporary part-time Retail Associate role covering 12–16 hours per week.
The role is based in the TK Maxx store at Retail World, Rotherham.
Weekday, evening, and weekend availability is required.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers, assist with their needs, and help create a positive shopping experience.
- Perform cashier duties, provide fitting room assistance, support the backroom, and help keep the store clean and inviting.
- Participate in learning and development programs to build skills and knowledge.
- Work as part of a supportive and collaborative store team.

- Be friendly and approachable and help create a warm, inclusive environment.
- Support colleagues, communicate openly, and contribute as a committed teammate.
- Explain information clearly, listen actively, and address concerns with care.
- Stay organized, manage time effectively, and adapt in a busy environment.
- No previous experience is required because training will be provided.
