Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are stocked and available for customers.
- Create and implement in-store merchandising strategies to showcase products effectively.
- Train and manage retail staff to support product knowledge and excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend sales improvements.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to increase engagement and loyalty.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a pleasant shopping experience.
- Manage pricing and promotions to increase sales and profit margins.
Preferred Qualification
- A Food Handling Certificate is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay ranges from QAR 1,316.66 to QAR 2,700.00 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
