Retail Associate role supporting the Retail team at the Ferrari World Abu Dhabi retail shop.
The role supports efficient retail operations while delivering excellent guest service and maintaining brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Sell branded merchandise, souvenirs, and photo products.
- Keep the store well-stocked, clean, and aligned with brand standards.
- Support the smooth and efficient operation of the retail department.
- Deliver excellent service to guests.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Higher secondary education or equivalent is required.
- At least one year of operational experience in a guest or customer service setting is required.
- English proficiency in spoken and written communication is required.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Ability and genuine willingness to entertain and engage guests is required.
- Flexibility, respect, and integrity are required.
Desirable Qualifications
- Theme park or water park experience is desirable.
- Cash handling experience is desirable.
- Arabic, Russian, or Chinese proficiency is desirable.
