Job Overview
- The Retail Assistant Store Manager, under the direction of the Retail Store Manager, is responsible for daily business operations including training, supervising, customer interaction, motivating teams, managing inventory, and handling other tasks assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure experience models and customer retention programs are executed consistently
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory taking, and cash reconciliations
- Build team commitment to high standards of service
- Monitor sales activities
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements
- Communicate changes in policy, procedures, products, services, promotions
- Assist Retail Store Manager with training and managing employees
- Support proper channels of communication
- Exercise judgment and discretion in day to day operations
- Coordinate merchandise replenishment
- Assist in maintaining store visual objectives and housekeeping standards
