Support daily retail operations, customer service, sales activities, inventory management, product coordination, and administration.

Work Arrangement
- The position is full-time and fully remote within the United Arab Emirates.
- The role requires independent work in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Support daily retail and sales operations and assist with customer requests.
- Provide product information covering availability, pricing, and promotions.
- Process orders and sales transactions when required.
- Maintain customer, sales, SKU, and product records.
- Receive, count, replenish, transfer, and reconcile inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Coordinate deliveries with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Support displays, merchandising, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Handle customer orders, returns, exchanges, and follow-up requests.
- Update POS, ERP, CRM, or retail-management systems.
- Prepare basic sales, inventory, and operational reports.
- Support audits, compliance, administrative work, issue escalation, and process improvements.
