We’re looking for someone who has worked in a similar role before and understands retail, customer service, and basic admin systems.
Role Description
- In store
- Greeting and assisting customers with strong product knowledge
- Working towards sales targets
- Using Shopify POS for sales and reporting
- Gift wrapping and styling the shop floor
- Supporting visual merchandising with our VM team
- Answering phone calls and replying to WhatsApp and Instagram messages
- Uploading products and working on pricing sheets
- Taking simple photo and video content for social media
- Keeping the store clean, organised, and well presented
- Opening and closing the store
- Supporting stock movement between stores and warehouse
Digital
- Supporting the day to day management of our Shopify website
- Updating product pages and collections
- Making sure products are correctly tagged and easy to find
- Creating collections such as seasonal edits
- Assisting with “you might also like” product pairings
- Helping with product descriptions and website content
- Keeping the website looking fresh, organised, and on brand
- Training will be provided across all areas, but you will need a strong background in sales and confidence using a computer.
- Salary: AED 4,000 per month, with visa provided if required.
