Job Summary
Bright Future Resumes LLC (Branch 2) is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Resume Services Coordinator to manage client resume requests and ensure the delivery of high-quality career documents.
The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients and writers, oversee content development, and ensure all resumes and related materials meet professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate resume writing services from initial client consultation to final delivery
- Communicate with clients to gather career information, goals, and requirements
- Assign tasks to resume writers and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Review resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles for quality, clarity, and accuracy
- Provide feedback and revisions to writers as needed
- Maintain client records and track project status using internal systems
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and support
- Stay updated on resume trends, industry standards, and hiring practices
- Assist in improving service processes and workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in resume writing, recruitment, or client coordination is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and editing abilities
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools
- Ability to handle multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment
