Restructuring and Turnaround Services - Value Creation Manager

Support and execute operational and financial diagnostics to identify key performance drivers, including detailed financial and variance analysis

Support the identification, quantification, and prioritization of EBITDA and cash flow improvement opportunities

Develop and support execution of actionable, bottom-up improvement plans with clear KPIs and milestones

Drive day-to-day execution of cost optimization and performance initiatives, working closely with client teams

Support senior leaders in partnering with executive leadership, Boards, lenders, and Private Equity sponsors

Support and contribute to cross-functional initiatives across: COGS and SG&A optimization, including analysis of standard vs. actual costs and bills of material Manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement improvement Customer, product, and SKU profitability Pricing and commercial effectiveness Working capital optimization and cash management
