Role Overview
The Restaurants Reservations Agent manages dining reservations and guest inquiries while creating memorable restaurant experiences.
The role coordinates with restaurant teams and supports accurate, efficient, and professional reservation operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle restaurant reservation requests, bookings, cancellations, and amendments through telephone, email, and other reservation channels.
- Record guest details and special requests accurately in booking records.
- Provide information about restaurants, menus, opening hours, promotions, and special dining experiences.
- Communicate reservation details, VIP information, dietary requirements, and guest preferences to restaurant teams.
- Monitor table availability and reservation patterns to optimize bookings and table utilization.
- Maintain reservation systems, booking diaries, guest profiles, and waitlists, including cancellations and no-shows.
- Resolve guest feedback and reservation-related concerns with professional follow-up.
- Follow reservation, telephone etiquette, guest communication, and team coordination procedures.
- Comply with hotel policies, licensing requirements, and health, safety, and fire regulations.
