Manage restaurant bookings and guest inquiries while creating memorable dining experiences.
The role is part of the Hilton Hotels team and focuses on hospitality, guest satisfaction, and accurate reservation administration.
Responsibilities
- Handle reservation requests, bookings, cancellations, and amendments through telephone, email, and other reservation channels.
- Maintain accurate booking records, guest details, special requests, guest profiles, booking diaries, and waitlists.
- Provide accurate information about restaurants, menus, opening hours, promotions, and special dining experiences.
- Coordinate reservation details, VIP information, dietary requirements, and guest preferences with restaurant teams.
- Monitor table availability and reservation patterns to support table utilization and revenue opportunities.
- Resolve guest feedback, special occasions, and reservation-related concerns with professional follow-up.
- Follow standard operating procedures for reservations, telephone etiquette, guest communication, and team coordination.
- Follow hotel policies, licensing requirements, and health, safety, and fire regulations.
