Role Description
The Restaurant Technology Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.
The role sells restaurant technology solutions, including POS, ordering, and management platforms, to new and existing clients.
The position involves prospecting, product demonstrations, tailored proposals, client relationship management, implementation coordination, and consultative technology guidance.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospects and conduct product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals tailored to restaurant operators' needs.
- Maintain client relationships and coordinate with internal teams for implementation.
- Provide consultative guidance on optimizing technology usage.
- Track sales activities and report on pipeline and performance.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to support strategic growth.
- Manage field visits and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
- Experience in consulting and account management.
- Knowledge of sales operations, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools.
- Background in B2B technology or SaaS solutions is preferred, ideally in restaurant, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage field visits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology.
