An upcoming restaurant in Dubai will specialize in Modern Indian cuisine.
The restaurant is recruiting a Restaurant Supervisor and Waiters/Waitresses ahead of its launch.
The venue will offer dining and sheesha lounge service.
Restaurant Supervisor Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Train waiters and waitresses on menu knowledge, food pairing, and service standards.
- Provide expert knowledge of wine, spirits, alcoholic beverages, and pairings with Indian dishes.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor beverage stock and coordinate with bar and kitchen teams.
- Ensure licensing-law compliance and responsible alcohol service.
- Support staff scheduling, floor management, and opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with pre-opening setup, staff training, and service standard development.
Restaurant Supervisor Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of alcohol, wine, and beverage service.
- Good understanding of Indian cuisine and menu items.
