Restaurant Supervisor

Salary: AED 2,300 per month

Student Biryani a Pakistani food chain is looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Supervisor/ Cashier for its University City branch.

The candidate will be responsible for handling cashier operations, coordinating online orders, supervising day to day restaurant activities including sales and ensuring smooth customer service.

• Handle Cash, card and POS transaction accurately.
• Manage orders received through food delivery aggregators such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem. Noon and etc.
• Supervise daily restaurant operations and coordinate with kitchen and service staff.
• Ensure orders are prepared, packed and dispatched correctly on time based on the restaurant standards.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain daily sales and cash records.
• Assist with basic reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor cleanliness, staff discipline and overall branch operations.
• Support management in maintaining high standards of customer service.

• Previous restaurant cashier experience is required.
• Should be from sales background
• Experience using POS systems and food delivery aggregator platforms
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to supervise staff and manage a busy restaurant environment.
