About the Role
Unwind Cafe, the UAE's first board game café, is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead floor operations, train staff, and ensure excellent guest experiences. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in F&B or hospitality, strong organizational skills, and a passion for people.

Responsibilities
- Run day to day floor operations during shift, including opening and closing
- Train, coach, and support café staff and game masters
- Keep the café organized: rotas, stock checks, cleanliness standards, and smooth handovers
- Jump in during rush periods: taking orders, seating guests, resolving issues
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with patience
- Coordinate with management on inventory, supplier orders, and event bookings
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in F&B, hospitality, or similar fast paced customer facing environment
- Friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Fluent English

The Role
- You'll be the go to person on shift: leading the team, keeping service sharp during peak hours, and making sure every guest leaves having had a great time.
What You'll Do
- Run day to day floor operations during your shift — opening, closing, and everything in between
- Train, coach, and support café staff and game masters, helping new team members get up to speed quickly
- Keep the café organised: rotas, stock checks, cleanliness standards, and smooth handovers between shifts
- Jump in wherever needed during rush periods — taking orders, seating guests, resolving issues on the spot
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with patience and a smile, turning problems into wins
- Coordinate with management on inventory, supplier orders, and event bookings (parties, corporate groups, murder mystery nights)
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in F&B, hospitality, or a similar fast paced customer facing environment
- A genuine people person — friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail; you can juggle a full house without dropping the ball
- A natural trainer who enjoys developing others and leading by example
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
- Bonus: a love of board games
