Role Overview
The Owl Cafe is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor / Assistant Restaurant Manager.
The role leads restaurant teams, manages daily operations, and ensures exceptional guest experiences.
Restaurant Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally.
- Monitor sales, control costs, and achieve business targets.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with UAE food safety and health regulations.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a supervisor is required.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills are required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and cost control is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively is required.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay is AED 3,000–AED 4,000 per month.
- Visa and benefits are provided according to UAE labor law.
