- Minimum 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry or food handling field
- Strong customer service and team leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and food safety practices
- Valid EFST (Essential Food Safety Training) and HACCP Certificate
- Experience in inventory management, costing and pricing, manpower planning, storekeeping
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Immediate availability is preferred
