Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and active Supervisor to manage daily **restaurant/Cafeteria** operations, support staff, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth service during shifts
- Manage and guide staff, including training new employees
- Ensure customers are served quickly and professionally
- Handle customer complaints in a polite and efficient way
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Check stock levels and coordinate with store for supplies
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the restaurant
- Maintain discipline and team coordination during busy hours
- Follow company policies and report to management
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant or fast-food supervision
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle pressure during peak hours
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- Flexible with shifts
- Must Speak Hindi and English Language.
- Experience in handling POS systems
