Restaurant Supervisor (Arabic Nationality)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements
- Arabic nationality is a must
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Excellent upselling and sales-driving abilities
- Experience in handling POS systems and preparing operational reports
- Ability to monitor daily performance and ensure high service standards
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations across shifts
- Lead, train, and motivate team members
- Drive sales through effective upselling techniques
- Monitor branches performance and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflow
- Coordinate with kitchen and management for operational efficiency
