About the Role
GramLean Restaurant is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor for a healthy restaurant.
The role is responsible for leading the team and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Workplace
- The role is based in Al Markhiya and requires in-person work.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
- Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house and service staff.
- Maintain exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure food presentation, cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Train new team members and coach staff performance.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
- Support management in achieving operational and sales goals.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar hospitality role.
- Experience in a restaurant, café, healthy food concept, or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and team management skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
