The employer is seeking a professional, friendly, and well-presented Restaurant Receptionist / Hostess in Jeddah.
The role focuses on welcoming guests, managing the reception area, coordinating seating, and creating a professional first impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Manage guest seating and table allocation efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
- Handle guest inquiries and assist with reservations.
- Coordinate with service and restaurant operations teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Monitor guest waiting times and communicate updates professionally.
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional appearance.
- Assist in ensuring an excellent overall guest experience.
- Perform other guest-relations duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- At least two years of reception experience.
- Previous hostess, receptionist, guest relations, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A friendly, confident, and professional personality is required.
- Candidates should be well-groomed and presentable.
- A customer-service-oriented attitude is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment is required.
- Good command of Arabic and English is preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is required when needed.
Compensation
- Pay is SAR 4,000 to SAR 5,500 per month.
