Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Supervisor to monitor and maintain high standards across front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations.
The role involves inspecting service quality, food presentation, hygiene, and staff performance to ensure a consistent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections of FOH (service, cleanliness, customer experience)
- Monitor BOH operations (food prep, hygiene, storage, kitchen workflow)
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, local regulations)
- Evaluate food quality, presentation, and portion consistency
- Identify gaps and provide corrective action plans
- Train staff on service standards and hygiene practices
- Perform mystery audits and prepare reports for management
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams to improve efficiency
Requirements
- 2+ years in restaurant operations, QA, or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Experience in both FOH and BOH operations
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
Preferred
- Hospitality or culinary background
- Experience in multi-branch or high-volume restaurants
