Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company quality standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct regular quality inspections and operational audits across restaurant locations
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and recommend corrective actions
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs for restaurant staff
- Evaluate employee performance and measure training effectiveness
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies
- Follow up on corrective action plans and monitor implementation
- Collaborate with restaurant management to maintain operational excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Training within restaurant or food service industry
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, food safety standards, and hygiene regulations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel between restaurant branches
