The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Supervise day-to-day operations across restaurant branches.
Ensure compliance with operational standards, SOPs, quality, and food safety requirements.
Monitor team performance and improve customer experience.
Monitor food cost and labor cost and support cost-control initiatives.
Follow up on sales and operational targets for assigned branches.
Conduct field visits and follow up on corrective actions and operational issues.

Approximately 4–5 years of hands-on restaurant or food and beverage operations experience.
Experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants is preferred.
Previous experience supervising multiple branches or sites is an advantage.
Good team leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A valid Saudi driving license and own car are required because of the field-based nature of the role.
A valid Iqama is required; transferable Iqama is preferred.
Ability to work on-site and travel between restaurant branches in Riyadh.

Total package is SAR 4,000–5,000, depending on experience and competency.
The posting also states pay of SAR 3,278.35–5,000 per month.
