Plate It Forward is seeking an experienced Restaurant or Venue Manager to support multi-site operations across three Sydney restaurants.
The role reports directly to the CEO and combines hands-on service and training with commercial and operational responsibilities.
The position is full-time and based across multiple Sydney restaurant sites.
The advertised salary is $95,000–$110,000 plus superannuation.
What you will do
- Coach and support Venue Managers and their teams.
- Drive consistent service standards and guest experience across the restaurants.
- Work alongside teams during key services and events.
- Improve systems, standards, and operational processes.
- Maintain and optimise reservations and point-of-sale systems.
- Oversee venue repairs, preventative maintenance, and presentation.
- Monitor labour, budgets, stock, and venue performance.
- Support wine, beverage, and cocktail programs.
- Work with the CEO on business priorities and future venue openings.
- Execute marketing and people strategies with the head office team.
