**The Role** We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of Gran Caffè.

You will be the backbone of our operation — bridging the front and back of house, leading our teams, and ensuring that every service runs seamlessly.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-standard environment and takes pride in building great hospitality from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations across front-of-house and back-of-house, ensuring smooth, efficient, and consistent service delivery
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and floor teams, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and hospitality
  • Monitor and manage operational costs including labour, wastage, and procurement, working within set budgets
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu execution, kitchen standards, and food quality consistency
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all departments
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism, ensuring swift and effective resolution
  • Maintain full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, food safety standards, and health & safety requirements
  • Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management

What We'Re Looking For

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record managing multi-department teams in a high-volume or fine dining environment
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management
  • Deep understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and Dubai Municipality compliance
  • Guest-first mindset with the ability to build loyalty and resolve challenges with grace
  • Experience working in Dubai or the wider GCC region is strongly preferred
  • **Position:** Full-time \| Dubai \| Competitive salary package
  • Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
