Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient and smooth service
- Supervise and support restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance follow up
- Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and coordination with kitchen and suppliers when needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues effectively
- Track sales, costs, and restaurant performance, and work on improving efficiency and profitability
- Coordinate with management on staffing, promotions, and operational improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant operations management, preferably in dine in / casual dining restaurants
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of restaurant service, kitchen coordination, and customer experience
- Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operational challenges
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
