The resort offers rooms, villas, residences, restaurants, bars, spa facilities, and leisure experiences.
Role overview
The Restaurant Manager will lead a Turkish and Lebanese dining destination within the resort.
The role focuses on refined dining experiences, guest satisfaction, service leadership, and operational performance.
The position supports dinner service, VIP gatherings, and special occasions.
Daily responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the service team through briefings, training, and feedback.
- Set and monitor luxury dining service standards.
- Oversee reservations, table management, service flow, and guest recovery.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints and convert insights into improvements.
- Coordinate with the kitchen on menu knowledge, food quality, presentation, and timing.
- Manage staffing, rosters, and productivity against business levels and budgets.
- Drive upselling, promotions, and service rituals to increase revenue and average spend.
- Monitor costs, stock, wastage, and inventory with finance and store teams.
- Review daily reports, POS data, and monthly P&L results.
- Maintain compliance with brand, health and safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Support sustainability initiatives and coordinate special events, VIP experiences, and seasonal activations.
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurant operations is required.
- At least two years of management experience is required.
- Strong understanding of Middle Eastern dining concepts, ideally Turkish or Lebanese cuisine, is required.
- Confident communication and people leadership skills are required.
- Fluent English is required.
- Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage, and additional languages are a plus.
