Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including supervising front of house and back of house teams
- Ensure consistent food quality and maintain high standard of cleanliness and safety
- Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve customer concerns, and support delivery of exceptional dining experience
- Manage staff scheduling, participate in hiring and training
- Control inventory and costs
- Coordinate with kitchen team to optimize service flow
- Implement operational procedures, support marketing initiatives, and report performance metrics to leadership
Requirements
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience in Hiring, team supervision, and staff development within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Excellent Communication skills
- Hands on knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, food safety standards, and service best practices
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership role in hospitality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Basic proficiency in restaurant management systems and point of sale (POS) tools
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is preferred

Role Description
- The Restaurant Manager is a full time, on site role based at the 7Ribs location in Riyadh.
- This role is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, including supervising front of house and back of house teams, ensuring consistent food quality, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
- The Restaurant Manager monitors guest satisfaction, resolves customer concerns, and supports the delivery of an exceptional dining experience aligned with the brand’s values.
- Day to day tasks include managing staff scheduling, participating in hiring and training, controlling inventory and costs, and coordinating with the kitchen team to optimize service flow.
- The role also involves implementing operational procedures, supporting marketing initiatives, and reporting performance metrics to leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to creating a positive and memorable dining experience.
- Experience in Hiring, team supervision, and staff development within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
