Role Overview
Restaurant Manager role for a premium-level, multi-cuisine fine dining restaurant.
The position requires strong knowledge of diverse international cuisines and service standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant operations and deliver excellent guest service.
- Lead staff and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
- Control inventory and manage restaurant costs.
- Resolve operational and customer-service issues through effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a multi-cuisine fine dining restaurant.
- At least five years of experience as a restaurant manager in a premium-level restaurant.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, guest service, staff management, inventory control, and cost management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Employment and Compensation
- The role is full time and permanent.
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
